Progression Framework
Tier advancement is progressed through demonstrated skill, operational contributions, and proven performance in real-world projects. Members progress by successfully completing graded scenarios, passing assessments, and showing consistent alignment with prioritizing adaptability, impact under uncertainty, and cross-domain competence.
Upon successful completion of operations and projects, participants may get invited to transition into PATHS.
Clearance and Access Control
access to resources including Research, Programs, and internal operations is tier-regulated.
Tier reflects the degree of access and is continuously assessed based on alignment, operational reliability, and interpretive capacity.
Parameters and Standards
Rules
For security, privacy, and consistency across the society, all members are strictly prohibited from using their real identities, including legal names, photos, or personally identifiable information. Members must operate under chosen aliases at all times.
Members are not authorized to initiate direct communication with Rank 01 and Rank X members. All interactions must follow the designated communication hierarchy.
Programs and tools provided are for personal development and platform use only. External application without permission will result in immediate removal.
All internal discussions, operations, and assets are strictly confidential. Disclosing or repurposing any part of the platform’s content outside its intended environment will result in immediate removal and permanent restriction from all current and future systems associated with ONE.
In cases where breaches compromise the integrity or security of the platform, further actions will be taken to trace and counteract the source, including exposure of real-world identity.
Members are strictly prohibited from promoting, mentioning, or referencing Project Obscreed on public platforms, including social media, forums, and messaging groups. This includes indirect references, status signaling, or public claims of association with the platform.
All members below Rank M are subject to continuous, real-time monitoring, active 24/7. Oversight includes, but is not limited to:
– Obscreed community activity (Programs Participation, research access history, group affiliations)
– Digital footprint analysis across public and private platforms, tracking historical online activity and residual digital presence.
– Social media monitoring, including posts, affiliations, comment history, and indirect references to identity or involvement are routinely scanned, flagged, and cross-indexed.
– Device metadata tracking where applicable including passive collection of device metadata, session timing, and environment variables.
– Personal surveillance through passive observation, third-party data access, and indirect verification.
– Historical and Relational Profiling for known associations, prior affiliations, and archived behavioral patterns are continuously reviewed.
By participating in the platform, all members implicitly consent to these monitoring procedures.
PROTOCOLS
Breach of rules will result in immediate tier reduction, suspension of privileges, or permanent removal.
Vouching for another user is a responsibility. If a vouched member is removed or demoted due to violations, the vouching member will also be subject to review.
Misuse or negligence in the vouching process will result in a temporary review, downgrade of the vouching member’s tier or permanent removal and restriction.
Sustained inactivity or lack of contribution will trigger tier regression upon internal review.
If challenged by another member, refusal is not permitted. Outcomes are recorded. A successful challenger may gain visibility, recognition, and potential advancement.
Members who continuously regress by more than two tiers whether due to inactivity, non-compliance, or performance decline will be subject to permanent restriction and removal.
Members holding Rank X retain absolute authority to modify, restrict, or reset any member’s tier.
-Rules and Protocols does not apple to Rank X and Rank 01 members.
-Access to Restricted factions requires sanction from existing members. However, Rank 01 member retain unilateral authority to override special deliberative procedures, superseding all voting mechanisms and gatekeeping protocols.
